All terms refer to the process of providing the Client with assistance and services as appropriate for the purpose of fulfilling the Client’s needs in relation to Renta Plus’s services, in accordance with applicable laws. Any use of the above terminology, whether singular, plural, capitalized, or gendered (he/she/they), is understood as interchangeable and refers to the same.

Content Liability

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content or information you add to the app—such as property listings, tenant notes, or documents—complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

All content you enter into the Renta Plus app is private and accessible only to you unless explicitly shared by you via supported sharing functionality. We are not responsible for the loss, misuse, or unauthorized access of your data due to factors outside our reasonable control.

No content should be uploaded that may be considered defamatory, obscene, illegal, or in violation of any applicable regulation or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access to your account if we believe these terms are violated. If you believe your account was restricted in error, please contact our support team.
